What you can expect with a Designer on your Renovation:
Full Design Liaison during renovation:
I will assist you in leading your project, by working closely with you and your contractor. I will ensure you stay on track with timelines set by contractors and sub-contractors. I will accompany you to showrooms as well as go myself and/or bring samples to you for your project to make decisions. I will guide you and help you make design choices, such as floor stain, paint colors, fixtures to finishings.
Additionally, we offer a full design and furnishing service for complete room transformations.
Consulting/Rescue
This service is available at any stage of your renovation—whether you're just starting or in the middle of the process and feeling overwhelmed by decisions. When you need a trusted professional instead of relying on your partner or friends, we're here to help.
A flexible option that allows you to reach out as needed throughout your renovation for expert guidance. We’ll create a timeline to keep you on track while you handle the research, and I’ll provide professional advice on key decisions such as paint colors, flooring stains, hardware selections, and other design details. Most of our contact will be text/phone and a few consultations visits on site.
Unlike Full-Service Design, this option does not include unlimited on-site visits, contractor coordination, or shopping. Instead, it’s tailored to your specific needs, offering support when and where you need it. Let’s discuss how this service can best work for you!
